1. Check compatibilityBefore installing JIRA Capture, please check that JIRA Capture is compatible with your version of JIRA and browsers at the JIRA Capture Compatibility Chart. 2. Get your licenseVisit https://my.atlassian.com to get a license key for JIRA Capture, and save it. 3. Install JIRA Capture- Click the 'Administration' link in the top right of JIRA to open the JIRA administration console.
- Click the 'Plugins' link under the 'Plugins' drop down along the top of the screen. The 'Universal Plugin Manager' will be displayed, showing the plugins installed on your JIRA instance.
 Image Removed - Click the 'Install' tab in the UPM. The 'Find new plugin' page will display, showing the featured plugins available for JIRANavigate to the Add-ons page in the administration console by doing the following:
Choose the cog icon  Image Added at top right of the screen, then choose Add-ons.
 Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing Find New Add-ons. - Type 'JIRA Capture' in the 'Search the Plugin Exchange' Marketplace box and click the 'Search' buttonpress Enter.
- Click the 'Install' Buy Now button for JIRA Capture. A confirmation message and the plugin details will display, if it is installed successfully.
For more information about installing plugins through the Universal Plugin Manager, please read Installing Add-ons.4. Activate JIRA Capture- Click the 'Administration' link to open the JIRA Navigate to the Add-ons tab in the administration console again.
- Go to the 'Choose JIRA Capture ' page under the 'Plugins' section License in the top left menu.

If you are not redirected to the plugins 'Manage Add-ons' page, then it means you your version of UPM JIRA does not have this feature. Instead you will be taken to the JIRA Capture License page where you may enter your license.
